Our agave is grown in the highlands of Jalisco; Jesús María, Los Altos region. We have roughly 1500 acres of land that has been in our family since the 1700's. Our agave is harvested at 6 years old using a traditional, artesanal method. Owning the land and the agave being grown on our land is a rarity in tequila production today.
