Grown & Owned Agave

Our agave is grown in los altos at 6,922 ft above sea level. We harvest our agave at 5.5 years old using a traditional artesenal method. we have roughly 1,000 acres of land, and our agave is estate “grown & owned” - a rarity in tequila production.
